Knowledge sharing is at the top of the agenda for leading HR and payroll software provider Cascade, as the company looks forward to its first CIPD Scottish conference.
Cascade’s in-house HR, payroll and technology experts will be on hand to deliver bespoke one-to-one efficiency consultations across the two day event. Set to cover pertinent topics such as absenteeism, staff retention and employee engagement, the consultations will all be underpinned by the same theme – using innovative software to ultimately save money.
Marketing manager Andrew Court explains: “We very much believe in delivering interactive, value-adding and client-facing sessions at every opportunity. Not only does this ensure happy customers, but it allows us to contribute to positive change in an increasingly important industry.
“Whilst this is the first time we have exhibited at this conference, we already have a well-established presence in Scotland with clients including beCogent, The Law Society of Scotland and Daikin.
“Whilst the country contemplates further economic disruption, the role of HR and payroll has an evermore strategic contribution to make in the business environment. It is therefore vital that we share as much of our expertise as possible at a prestigious event such as this.”
With version 4.0 of its award-winning .NET solution already proving a hit with existing clients, Cascade will be demonstrating the heightened functionality of this innovative software for those less familiar with the product.

Further information about Cascade’s new procurement option – Software as a Service – will also be available for delegates that wish to invest in the solution on a rental basis. The ‘SaaS’ scheme allows clients to benefit from Cascade’s hosted service, whilst reducing their initial financial outlay. There is then the option to purchase outright at the end of the agreed contract term.
