bonuses are the best way of encouraging loyalty from call centre staff,
according to a new survey.

Technologies polled more than 800 call centre workers.
When
asked what would inspire greater loyalty, monetary incentives were named as the
most attractive (60 per cent), followed by better team-working practices (38
per cent), and more clear performance objectives (25 per cent).

The
survey also found that the most effective workers are the people who understand
how their role impacts on company performance.
