College Hill announces that it has invested in instinctif, a specialist consultancy in employee and customer engagement.

This investment is a further step in College Hill’s strategy to provide a full set of business communication tools for the benefit of its clients. instinctif Managing Director Nic Pearce and his existing management team have recently relocated to College Hill’s new offices at Royal Mint Court, London.

instinctif serves a range of high profile clients, including Reuters, Sky, Compass Group, RBS Insurance, Fujitsu and Blackberry. Nic Pearce and his team have done pioneering work in the field of employee engagement internationally, developing creative campaigns that drive change and transformation, including post-merger implementation. instinctif is at the cutting edge of customer and employee engagement, working within major corporations and institutions.

College Hill Chairman, Alex Sandberg and Richard Nichols, Group CEO, said: “Increasingly, clients are looking for more than our core capital markets service: internal communications is high on their agenda. instinctif are specialists with a difference: a creative approach, fluent in new communications chanels, that engages with impact. instinctif is an important part of our new offering. ”

Instinctif’s Nic Pearce commented: “As a young and dynamic agency specialising in employee and customer engagement, we’re passionate about what we do and how we service our clients.  To continue our growth, it was time to team up with a company that shared similar ambitions, and College Group is that company.  Their innovative business model, wide communications offering and a similar passion for customers made our choice very easy. We’re very excited about the future and are looking forward to our continued success.”
