Compliment your staff with an experience they will never forget

by Personnel Today 27 May 2010
by Personnel Today 27 May 2010

Employers can now give staff a day they’ll never forget with Compliments Experiences, a reward programme which offers more than 500 memorable activities. Recipients can choose anything from racecar driving and hot-air ballooning, to cookery classes and pamper packages.

Launched this week by Capital Incentives & Motivation, a specialist division of Accor Services, Compliments Experiences joins the already-extensive Compliments family reward portfolio comprising Compliments Rewards, Compliments Passport and recently launched Compliments Green.

“Compliments Experiences is a natural addition to the Compliments family. The choice employers now have in rewarding their employees, and the choice employees have in selecting their rewards specific to their taste, wants and desires, really makes Compliments the brand of choice for the incentive and reward market,” commented Derrick Hardman, Managing Director of Capital Incentives & Motivation.

Compliments Experiences can be used as a reward in staff incentive programmes, or as a one-off gift from employers to their employees. Recipients receive a reward package and gift card with a pre-loaded financial value which is redeemed online at the Compliments Experiences website. It is here where they can choose from more than 500 exciting options and can even take advantage of the latest special offers including exclusive discounts and two-for-one deals.

Once an activity has been selected, recipients will then receive an ‘Experiences Pack’ containing a wallet, experience voucher and information about their chosen reward. They can then embark on their adventure – whether it’s swimming with sharks or dinner for two at a five-star restaurant – at a time that suits them.

“When it comes to rewarding employees the value of choice cannot be under-estimated. Compliments Experiences, and the entire Compliments range, give employers and employees that value which contributes significantly to the overall success of any incentive scheme,” said Derrick.

“What better way is there to reward your staff than by giving them an experience they’ll never forget?”
