Kwik-Fit finance arm teams up to provide reward statements
Kwik-Fit Financial Services has worked in partnership with benefits
specialist Youatwork to provide its 900-strong workforce with flexible
benefits. These include medical and dental insurance, a range of retail
vouchers and the opportunity to buy and sell holidays. The internet-based
system provides employees with a total rewards statement. www.youatwork.co.uk
Dimension Data implements online benefits facility
On a similar note, global technology provider Dimension Data is implementing
a branded flexible benefits scheme, called ValYouDD, provided by Thomsons
Online Benefits. It hopes to improve communication and appreciation of the
benefits scheme, following a survey that showed more than 90 per cent of

Trust software goes live with recruitment and manager software
The Anthony Nolan Trust has gone live with the HR and recruitment manager
modules of Intellect Business’s Workforce software. The life-saving bone marrow
charity has a small but diverse workforce of 170 based in three London sites
and two regional offices in Lanark and Wheatley. Future developments include
integrating the Workforce software with the trust’s intranet. www.workforcehr.com
