One of Europe’s best known and most sought-after speakers on change will
talk at the next gathering of the Personnel Today HR Directors Club.
Larry Hochman is a globally recognised expert on the future trends of
customer service, values, people and culture. He spent 10 years in senior
management roles with British Airways and the loyalty management company, Air
Miles, in New York and London.
He is the seventh person to speak at the club, which has just celebrated its
first birthday and now has more than 600 members.
It provides business inspiration, networking opportunities and information
to members, who must be senior HR leaders in organisations with 1,000 or more
staff to join.
The club hosts six breakfast briefings a year, and past speakers include
Michael Portillo, Digby Jones, Professor Richard Scase, and Karren Brady,
managing director of Birmingham City football club.
Hochman will speak at the Dali Universe in London’s old County Hall on 12
May.
