The
European Commission is set to launch a second Policy Paper on corporate social
responsibility (CSR) in November 2004, it has been reported.
The
EC will take this step after looking at the results of a multi-stakeholder
forum, due to be published in the summer of 2004.
The
forum was set up to look at how the CSR recommendations in the first Policy
Paper – released in 2002 – could be taken forward.
