Elderly care could be work incentive says think-tank

Companies
should provide care for worker’s elderly relatives, according to a top
think-thank.

Demos,
described by the Daily Telegraph as Tony Blair’s favourite think-tank, has
recommended firms care for the elderly and entertain them with talks and
dancing.

The
Demos report said the facilities could be funded by companies, and offered an
incentive to staff.
