should provide care for worker’s elderly relatives, according to a top
think-thank.
Demos,
described by the Daily Telegraph as Tony Blair’s favourite think-tank, has
recommended firms care for the elderly and entertain them with talks and
dancing.

Demos report said the facilities could be funded by companies, and offered an
incentive to staff.
