A
British National Party (BNP) candidate has won a victory against the union
which expelled him for his views.
Jay
Lee, 34, a train driver who stood as a candidate in Slade Green last year, was
ordered to leave Aslef after he claimed non-whites and Jews should not be
allowed to live in Britain.
After
taking his bid to the European Court of Human Rights, an employment tribunal
determined he should be reinstated.
