Factory staff refuse pay cut despite job loss risk

Workers
at a Swansea factory have refused to accept a move that would see their pay and
holidays cut, despite the risk they may lose their jobs.

According
to BBC Online, staff at the Addis household products plant voted against a 5
per cent wage reduction and the loss of five days holiday a year.

But
company mangers are opening up the company’s books so workers can see the
problem for themselves.
