Fair Care launch new look website

by Personnel Today 16 Oct 2009
by Personnel Today 16 Oct 2009

Employee benefit’s provider, Fair Care have just launched their brand new website at Faircare.co.uk. The UK based company, who have been operating nationally within the benefit solutions sector for more than a decade have also undergone a brand refresh to accompany the new
website. Visitors to the new website will be able to navigate easily around the site and discover a wealth of new and exciting products to introduce to their workforce. New sections on the site feature products for Health and Wellbeing; which includes Health Club discounts, Health screening and Dial-up Health seminars, plus a new section for HR benefits; comprising technical and legal support through HR Protect, Fair Care Benefits Consultancy and further enhancements to the Salary Sacrifice programmes currently in place.

Fair Care currently service nearly 1,000 clients in the UK, offering a comprehensive range of employee benefit products, including Childcare vouchers, Cycle to Work Schemes, Staff Discount Schemes, Health and Wellbeing schemes and Benefits Consultancy. The very much ‘service-led’ organisation has seen unprecedented growth over the last 3 years and continues to expand even in the present financial climate. This growth can be directly attributed to both their expertise and knowledge in the Benefit Sector as well as their dedication and commitment to excellent customer service. In fact, Fair Care believe they provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the industry. With clients such as United Biscuits, Chelsea FC, French Connection and Sony BMG to name but a few, and exceptionally high client retention…it would appear that those claims are not just rhetoric.

Philip Curtis, Managing Director, Fair Care UK commented…
“Providing a genuine and honest service to our clients is our primary aim, which means always
having a real person to talk to at any time of the day – literally 24 hours. We constantly strive to find new products which we know will excite our clients, and then ensure we deliver exactly what we say in a friendly and professional manner. Fair Care was founded on the success of the childcare voucher market, but it’s now so much more with huge interest in cycle schemes, HR consultancy and Staff Discount schemes.”
