P&MM Events launches U-Choose, the ‘ultimate experience’ reward vouchers

Companies can now offer staff the ultimate choice in reward redemption – the U-Choose voucher introduced by P&MM.

From travel to experiences and hospitality, the new voucher offers recipients the freedom to dream up the travel or experience they want based on the value of the reward they have earned, and decide when, where and how they want to enjoy it.

P&MM has a fully licensed operational in-bound call centre with experienced personnel to handle bookings and logistics for travel redemptions, as part of a dedicated concierge service, to create the reward personally for the winner.

U-Choose vouchers offer an extensive choice of personal experiences ranging from paintballing and golf days to luxury high tea, Ferrari racing at Silverstone, helicopter rides or hot air ballooning among hundreds of options, combined with any individual or family holiday experience.  Voucher holders don’t just have to take package holidays, they can ask for any travel idea from a romantic weekend getaway to a jungle holidays in South East Asia. 

Nigel Cooper, Divisional Managing Director for the Events & Communications Division within Motivcom which owns P&MM, commented:  “By giving staff the opportunity to choose the exact kind of experience, hospitality or travel they really want, we are able to offer an incentive reward that is guaranteed to appeal to all. Some recipients may choose to maximise their reward by combining it with a local hospitality experience while on an overseas trip. Staff can choose an activity they’re passionate about and the sky’s the limit! Whether it’s hot air ballooning in Yorkshire or swimming with dolphins in Florida, employees will now have the freedom of choice to fully enjoy their reward in their own time.”
