The
Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) is a quarterly survey which tracks predicted
trends in recruitment confidence and associated employment areas, and the
findings, which have recently been featured on BBC News, are highly sought
after by the recruitment community and the business world.
As
an HR and recruitment professional, we need your views to help us predict the
future for recruitment by telling us what’s happening in your own business.
Simply visit www.rcisurvey.co.uk and answer the brief questionnaire. This
should take no more than 15 minutes.
Your
replies will be treated as completely confidential and the published data will
be aggregated and reported without the names of persons or organisations.
In
exchange for your support, you will be entered the prize draw. All respondents
will also receive a complimentary copy of the RCI report, which is available to
non-participants at a cost of £50.
The
RCI is produced by the Cranfield School of Management
and the Daily Telegraph in association with Personnel
Today. A detailed report on the RCI
findings is available in Personnel Today’s essential guide to the recruitment
climate,
Recruitment
Trends & Forecasts, which is available on subscription (enquiries: 020 8652
8803).
