SHL, the psychometric testing consultancy, is looking for five employers to
work with its team of occupational psychologists on a research project about
stress in organisations.
The company wants volunteer organisations with a minimum of 70 employees to
participate in the project, which will use personality questionnaires.
The aim of the survey is to identify specific activities, circumstances or
conditions that are likely to prove more or less stressful for employees.
Employers can then gauge which members of staff are more vulnerable to
stress and also spot specific sources of stress that affect team members in
different ways.
