Five steps to a successful TUPE transfer

Mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing where the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) are applicable can present significant challenges for employers, particularly in meeting contractual obligations and integrating existing and transferred employees.



In this webinar recording, our guest speakers, Patrick Brodie and Kelly Chapman from law firm RPC, provide practical TUPE guidance, setting out five key steps to a compliant TUPE transfer, resulting in a strong, integrated workforce.

The 60-minute session includes:

• How to prepare for the transfer and ensure that TUPE applies
• How to conduct a TUPE consultation with and inform the staff affected
• How to avoid liability when harmonising terms and conditions
• A full question and answer session.
