European
football champions AC Milan are using management techniques developed in
boardrooms across Europe to help shape the future of its team.
The
Italian giants are using psychological profiling to gather behavioural
information about some of its world-class stars including Paulo Maldini and
Andrei Shevchenko.
Every
player in the team has undergone a detailed psychological profile, designed by
SHL, to analyse what motivates them and how they react in different
circumstances.
This
information is then used to help decide which players are picked in which
matches and how new players will fit into the squad.
