FPS Umbrella, providers of the fastest and safest way to be paid for contract and temp work, in conjunction with Busy Bees are launching their childcare voucher scheme to help working parents with the cost of childcare.
“The scheme allows parents to sacrifice part of their wages for tax-free childcare vouchers and save significantly on tax and national insurance contributions,” says Jen Monro, marketing manager of FPS Umbrella. “The vouchers are simple to set up and easy to use. Parents could save up to £1196 a year, depending on their pay cycle and earnings.”
The vouchers are Government and HMRC approved and can be used to pay for all registered or approved childcare, from nursery fees to school holiday activities for children up to 16 years old.
The tax-free benefit vouchers are available both weekly and monthly and Busy Bee vouchers provide discounts on Busy Bee nursery places.
The scheme is not just for single parents. In families where both parents work, both individuals can claim.
Discounts are available for voucher users in the Busy Bees Nursery Network and are available for both basic and higher rate taxpayers.
FPS Umbrella will help temporary and contract workers set up with the voucher scheme and will carry out all necessary administration. The voucher will then show on the worker’s payslip.
