Just when you thought you had seen the last of the Big Brother house,
someone decides to subject job applicants to its terror.
In December, Grey Advertising, whose clients include Mars, Procter &
Gamble and GlaxoSmithKline, will put 25 candidates inside the famous house
during its annual graduate recruitment round.
Just like the real Big Brother, thousands of applicants were asked to send
in a videotape of themselves.

Twenty-five candidates have been shortlisted and will spend a day locked in
the Big Brother house in Elstree, Hertfordshire, carrying out tasks designed to
test their creativity and ability to work as a team.
Grey’s executives will use the building’s in-built cameras to watch the
jobseekers. They will offer a number of contracts the following day.
