Virgin
Atlantic is to take on around 300 new staff following an upturn in the airline
business.
The
group will hire 200 new cabin crew and an additional 100 office-based staff, as
the business impact of the 11 September atrocities ease.
Virgin
cut 1,300 jobs last year in the wake of falling passenger numbers while another
100 staff took unpaid leave because of the depressed state of the airline
sector.
