HR people moves: Daisy Group, Channel 5, RBS, Molson Coors

Clare Martin has joined Daisy Group as group director of HR.

She joins the business telecoms group with more than 16 years of varied HR experience, including senior roles at the Littlewoods Shop Direct Group, a senior HR position at Stanley Casinos and more recently a consultancy role at SFL.

Channel 5 has announced that its head of HR, Natasha Adams, is to leave the organisation along with most of the senior management team on 31 October. Following the acquisition of Channel 5 by Northern & Shell, six board directors and Adams are leaving the company.

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group has appointed Nimai Swaroop as head of employer branding and marketing. He joins from Royal Dutch Shell, where he was responsible for building its employer branding and marketing capability across the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Russia.

Tracey Ashworth-Davies has been appointed HR director at international brewery Molson Coors. Ashworth-Davies joined the firm from the financial services sector where she was group HR and corporate affairs director of mutual insurer Royal London.
