Downsizing plans
More than two-thirds of workers under the age of 35 are
considering downsizing their job to achieve better work-life balance. A study
by Prudential also found that nearly 1 million people aged between 35 and 54
are making ‘serious plans’ to downsize their work. Â www.prudential.co.uk
