Two-thirds
of organisations provide management development activities to support changes
in jobs at a senior level, according to a survey.
Nearly
half, or 46 per cent, of respondents said their organisation provides
management development activities for identified individuals, according to
Managing Best Practice, The Regular Benchmark.
More
than a fifth of respondents to the survey, published by the Industrial Society,
said their organisation does so in most cases. One-quarter, however, said their
company does not while 7 per cent they don’t know.

Industrial Society surveyed 300 HR specialists from its database last November.
