Job swap day gives food for thought

Spellman said, “The day was an informal opportunity to really find out how it works and gave me a different perspective for my job. It was interesting to see how that environment is really focused on the customer, and I think we can learn from that.”

Spellman was swapping jobs with Rhodes’ boss Simon Marshall who is managing director of hotels and commercial restaurants for Sodexho (formerly Gardner Merchant).
