Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced details of its upcoming 2010 Kenexa World Conference, which will be held from Tuesday 21 September to Thursday 23 September 2010, in Philadelphia, USA. The fifth annual Kenexa World Conference promises to give organisations the strategies and tools they need to measure, impact and improve workforce performance in a changing global environment.

“The Kenexa World Conference provides a forum for HR professionals from across the globe to learn that the keys to the success of any organisation are excellent performance, high quality products and services, strong relationships, constant learning and the eradication of mediocrity from the work culture,” said Rudy Karsan, Kenexa’s chief executive officer. “For more than 20 years, Kenexa has been developing products and services that support the entire employee lifecycle from pre-hire to exit. We’ll be sharing our latest research and knowledge of how to elicit employee performance levels that will help organisations deliver on their promises.”

Sharing inspiring new approaches and applications to address the challenges caused by the changing global environment, keynote speakers at the three-day Kenexa World Conference will focus on topics ranging from global movements and emerging trends to corporate responsibility and ethical business practices. The conference breakout sessions will enable dialogue and discussion among small groups of attendees on topics such as strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, cutting-edge recruiting solutions, new product demonstrations and future product roadmaps.

Providing a one-of-a-kind opportunity to develop and enhance professional relationships and connections with colleagues in the field, the Kenexa World Conference promotes individual growth that helps HR professionals succeed in their roles. Attendees will hear real-world examples, best practices and case studies from industry luminaries through insightful keynote presentations and thought-provoking sessions. Additional evening networking events will further support and advance the relationship between Kenexa and its customers.

The 2010 Kenexa World Conference will be held at The Sheraton Society Hill Hotel, One Dock Street, Philadelphia, USA. For more information, please call Kenexa on 020 8585 2345 or visit www.kenexaworldconference.com.
