Roffey Park, the management institute, begins surveying managers and leaders of private and public sector organisations for the 12th edition of Management Agenda.
The Management Agenda report is published annually in January and recognised as one of the definitive guide to the state of management in the UK.
As with previous editions, the survey will ask leaders and managers about the issues and challenges that they face in the workplace.

The survey is open to employees of all organisations at manager level and above and can be accessed from their website.
