A London-based call centre has been honoured as the best in Europe by judges
at an industry awards ceremony.
Loot, London’s free advertisement paper, was awarded the title of European
Call Centre of the year at the Call Centre Expo event in Birmingham.
The judges praised the organisation for demonstrating best practice across
20 categories, including best call centre environment and best call centre
culture.
Following the transformation of its technology and working environment, the
company’s call centre has seen revenue double.
