Confectionary
manufacturer Nestlé is to be prosecuted after a worker was killed at its
Middlesex plant.
A report on website Ananova
claims the company will face charges after an investigation into an accident in
which Anthony Allen was electrocuted and died.
At the time of the fatal
accident, Mr Allan was a contractor at Monotronic, who will also face prosecution.

The charges against both
firms stem from the Health and Safety at Work Act, the Management of Health and
Safety at Work Regulations and Electricity at Work Regulations.
