New product update

New product update

HRM Connect Executive is a new web-based HR management software
system that supports a number of strategic HR processes such as succession
planning, leadership development and talent management processes within larger
organisations.

It replaces HRM Connect’s ExecuTRACK software in the UK, which has been
rebuilt from the ground up to make use of a web-based environment.

The software is installed centrally on a server and can be accessed through
a standard web browser far more cheaply and easily than a traditional
client/server solution.

ICS Computing has launched a payroll software system targeted at
medium-sized companies.

UniPims Payroll is designed as a standalone product or can be added as a
building block to an integrated solution such as ICS’ personnel modules and its
employee self-service e-HR system.

Used with the latter, it allows employees to view online payslips and
request leave.

UniPims also offers full employee reporting data and employee cost analysis.

Mitrefinch has added a new web-based extension to its time management
system (TMS), which allows employees to access their own data while protecting
the security of other people’s information.

It has also added touch-screen technology to its access control system.

Who’s installing what…

… The UK’s biggest advertising agency AMV BBDO is implementing 4th Contact’s
