O2 staff can get their hands on discounted concert tickets, designer labels and BBQ gear as part of the communication giant’s reward strategy.
The firm has launched an online discounts store for staff offering discounts on a variety of products and services, including 60% live music events in the UK and up to 75% of designer clothes, among other things.

The mobile phone company said it recognised that more Brits would be planning to stay at home this summer – an online poll of 562 people conducted earlier this month found one-third (32%) would forgo their annual holiday abroad in favour of a UK break.
Colin Watt, head of reward at O2, said: “We constantly evaluate the pressures and challenges that our employees face to create benefits and rewards that meet their specific needs. It would be easy to map out our benefits programme at the beginning of the year, but by staying in tune and connected to employees’ lives, we can deliver rewards and benefits that deliver the most value for our people.”
