Executive search firm Odgers Select has opened an office in London’s financial district to cope with increased demand for talented City workers.
It will focus on finding middle managers for financial institutions desperate to find the right skills to beat the credit crunch.
The new office will be headed by Michael Barrington-Hibbert, who used to work for Morgan Stanley in New York.
“We are working with financial institutions across a range of markets, including investment banking, asset management and hedge funds,” he said.
