On the move

Dee Clements has just started as HR manager at Budget Insurance. In her new
role, she will have key responsibility for the new HR direct team, which
provides the service for all retail branches and the call centre in
Peterborough. She joins from travel agent Thomas Cook.

Keith Faulkner has been appointed to chair the London Chamber of Commerce
and Industry’s Skills and Employment Forum. He is currently the managing
director of Working Links, the public private partnership that specialises in
getting long-term unemployed and disadvantaged people back into work.  He has been involved in the forum in the
past, having deputised for Iain Herbertson, the founder chairman. Faulkner is
also chairman of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and a council
member of London Central Learning and Skills Council.

Wendy Choyce is the new HR and training manager at the recently formed
Broker Assistance. She joins the non-fault motor accident claims service from
Centrus, where she was training and development manager.  Choyce has had a varied career, including
jobs as a lecturer, training co-ordinator and communications officer.
