Wedlake Bell, the commercial law firm, has appointed Ravinder Mahal as a
senior solicitor in its employment team. Mahal joins from Morgan Cole. At
Wedlake Bell, he will continue to develop the quarterly Retail Forum, set up
last year to provide a platform for HR managers in retail businesses to discuss
legal issues within a retail-specific context.

Consultancy Schneider-Ross has announced the appointment of Anjana Nathwani
as its new director of business operations. A business psychologist with
experience in leadership and organisation development, Nathwani was, until
recently, running her own consultancy.

NHSU – the learning organisation that provides learning and development
opportunities for everyone working in health and social care – has announced
the appointment of Michael Kerin as lead director of its London region. Kerin
will build on and manage a wide range of relationships with stakeholders who
are working with NHSU to achieve its aim of improving care to patients in
London.

Manufacturers Millbrook Industries, based in Southampton, has appointed
Garry Martin as group HR manager. Before his appointment, Martin was HR manager
at telecoms firm Telsis.
