Andrew Dyos has been appointed as director of HR, learning and development, at Advantage, a Morgan Stanley Group mortgage company. He will oversee HR and resourcing activities, staff development and training.

NCP has promoted Sharon Eley from HR manager to head of HR. She will oversee the development and delivery of the car parking company’s HR strategy. She has worked in HR for more than 15 years.

Phillip Stewart has joined outsourcing company Kenexa as chief people officer. He will oversee the company’s HR function to support global expansion. Previously, Stewart was the area HR director for dental products company Dentsply International.
