On the move: Ros McCool, Lee Probert and Julia Tyson

Ros McCool has joined the Crown Prosecution Service as HR director. McCool will be responsible for 300 HR staff and will provide comprehensive HR support to a workforce of 19,000.

The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) has appointed Lee Probert as director of equality and diversity. He will lead the LSC’s drive to develop a single equality scheme, as well as developing and managing its national equality and diversity strategy.

Julia Tyson has been appointed as group HR director at Wates Group construction company. She will focus on creating a talent strategy and developing leadership programmes.
