Sally Reid has been appointed to the newly created role of head of performance and HR at Midlothian Council. She will focus on driving forward the council’s performance agenda and people strategy.
Dot Morfett has joined clinical software provider Cerner Corporation as HR partner. Morfett will work closely with the global HR management team and take responsibility for consolidating good HR practice. She was previously HR director at IDX Systems.
