A senior personnel manager from law firm Nabarro Nathanson
has been seconded to Buckingham Palace for a year. Judith Perrott will be working
in the coordination and research unit on special projects.
Despite her HR background, she will be working on special
research projects. She was appointed ahead of other city applicants from
accountancy, management consultancy and investment banking firms on the
strength of her personality and general skills. While these projects will bring
her into contact with members of the Royal
Family, she is not allowed to discuss them due to their
confidential nature.

She said, “I will be working on projects that I’m not
usually involved in, meeting new people and learning new skills. Any
opportunity to increase your experience and broaden your skills set has to be
good.”
Perrott has worked at Nabarro’s for eight years and was
previously at KPMG: “This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.”
