The shortlist for the Personnel Today Awards 2021 has now been revealed.
Now in its 23rd year, the awards programme celebrates the exceptional achievements of HR and L&D teams across the public and private sectors and rewards organisations that put their people at the heart of what they do.
Our judges deliberated carefully over which entries would make the 2021 shortlist after what proved to be a tumultuous year for HR.
There are 24 awards categories this year, including the new People and Purpose Award, which recognises organisations that put meaning and purposeful work at the centre of their strategy.
There are also awards to celebrate outstanding work in diversity and inclusion, employee benefits, health and wellbeing, talent management and learning and development, as well as awards that recognise exceptional work delivered by suppliers.
Eight organisations have been shortlisted for the coveted HR Team of the Year title.
Personnel Today editor Rob Moss said: “The past year has been a huge challenge for HR and we’ve been overwhelmed by the sense of creativity and resilience that we’ve seen in this year’s entries. A huge congratulations to everyone who has been shortlisted and we look forward to celebrating your hard work and innovation in November!”
After the awards ceremony went online last year, it is our intention for the Personnel Today Awards to take place on 16 November 2021 at the Grosvenor House, London. We will adhere to guidelines and advice from the UK government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation to ensure that our guests and colleagues’ health and safety is a priority. You can register your interest to attend here.
