A police force has become the first in the country to test a system designed
to improve the stress levels, sleep, nutrition and physical activity of its
officers and civilian staff.
Bedfordshire Police Service has signed up to the health and well-being
programme of consultancy Vielife.
Vielife will provide the force with tailored advice through interactive
websites that can be accessed at work or home.
It will also run targeted programmes and seminars alongside existing health
services.
