Jelf Employee Benefits is delighted to announce that Professor Robert Winston will speak at its seminar programme in October. Professor Winston is a highly acclaimed expert of television science and medical programmes, including the BAFTA award-winning The Human Body series.
The seminars will focus on keeping employees healthy, contented and motivated – all of which are key components for a successful business, but these can also be particularly delicate issues for employers to get right during periods of economic uncertainty.
The seminars will take place on Wednesday 5 October 2011 from 09:00 to 12:00, or 13:30 to 16:30 at The Wellcome Collection, 183 Euston Road, London NW1 2BE. The event, which is free to delegates, are most suitable for senior human resources and finance professionals and qualifies for two hours CPD. Places are restricted to two delegates per organisation.
The seminars will follow the successful format of three speakers followed by Q&As. The speakers include:
- Professor Robert Winston will provide a wider understanding on the healthcare landscape and explain how the changing face of healthcare in the UK will impact on employers and employees alike.
- Paul McGee, The SUMO Guy: Paul is an internationally recognised presenter, trainer, and best-selling author. He will combine common sense and entertainment to inspire delegates to motivate themselves and their employees with greater effectiveness.
- Steve Herbert, Jelf Employee Benefits. Steve will seek to uncover some hidden gems within existing benefit portfolios, as well as looking at some examples of where HR policy can provide a positive impact to both the employer’s strategic goals and bottom line.
