Raise awareness on Ban Bullying at Work Day

The
Work Foundation, Amicus, and the Andrea Adams Trust have declared 15 October
‘Ban Bullying at Work Day’.

The
Work Foundation said the day intends to raise awareness of bullying, gain
commitment from employers, trade unions and individuals to eradicate it, and go
some way towards providing the means to make that happen. 

It
said: "Despite the belief that bullying should not be tolerated in today’s
workplace, eradicating the practice can be a difficult process.
