Ryanair on paperless flight training path

Low fares airline Ryanair has become one of the first airline companies to
have an entirely paper-free pilot training programme.

The company is implementing the TopClass e-learning suite from WBT Systems
to manage and track all flight training for its 2,000 Ryanair and Buzz pilots
and crew.

Aviation is one of the most highly regulated industries and training
requirements pose a major operational challenge.

TopClass will manage the records for all Ryanair’s flight training events,
including ground school training, pilot conversion courses and simulator
training.
