The Sexual Orientation (Amendment) Regulations 2003 come
into force today.
The regulations make it unlawful to discriminate on grounds
of sexual orientation in employment and vocational training.
Direct discrimination, indirect discrimination,
victimisation and harassment are all covered by the legislation..
