The UK Gift Card & Voucher Association (UKGCVA) and Prepaid Expo Europe have joined forces to create the UK and Europe’s most comprehensive industry conference: The Gift Card, Gift Voucher and Reloadable Card Summit. It will take place 30 March 2011 at The Lancaster, London.

This event will provide everybody with an interest in re-loadable prepaid cards, gift cards, vouchers and stored value solutions with the very latest market news and updates as well as insights for the future. There will be a raft of leading experts on hand to share their knowledge over a series of seminars, presentations and discussions. These will cover both the consumer and business-to-business sectors and are positioned to appeal to both industry newcomers and experienced professionals, incorporating the full range of voucher and prepaid solutions available, from paper to plastic, mobile and virtual, open, closed and restricted loop.

Andrew Johnson, director general at The UKGCVA, commented: “Our Conference has grown significantly over the years, becoming a key date in the business calendar and attracting visitors and speakers from all over the world. By joining forces with Prepaid Expo Europe this year we are able to offer even more value for money to delegates. In addition to a packed speaker programme, visitors can revel in the chance to meet with over 400 industry professionals, offering unrivalled business networking opportunities, as well as the chance to catch up with industry friends.”

Andrew Borowiec, director of Prepaid Expo Europe, added: “This market is growing fast and the opportunities out there are vast as they are varied. Our partnership with The UKGCVA helps us to showcase the full diversity of this market and offers delegates the chance to learn about the development of international markets, advancements in payment technologies as well as key legislation and policy.
