Time running out for your say on system

HR professionals have less than a month to comment on the effectiveness of
the employment tribunal system.

Patricia Hewitt set up the Employment Tribunal System Taskforce last year to
investigate the service and encourage feedback on how the system could be made
more effective.

Comments from members of the public and business are invited until 15 March,
when the taskforce will report to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry
and the Chancellor.

The taskforce will also consider the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the
role of Acas.
