Celebrating 10 years of providing mediation services and training, 2009 sees UK Mediation not only celebrating, but also anticipating its busiest year yet.
The last few months have shown record numbers of training delivery, and this is already the case for the first quarter of the New Year.
“Individuals working within HR departments, as well as line-managers, are all eager to prepare themselves for the Employment Bill. They know that the most effective way of doing this is to gain an awareness of mediation as an alternative method of dispute resolution in the workplace”, said Mike Talbot, Director of UK Mediation.
“If individuals are unsure as to the type of training they need, then they are more than welcome to contact us for advice.”
