Web research looks to future of workplace

Personnel
professionals have been invited to take part in a web survey, organised by
specialist HR consultancy Cubiks, that will help predict how the workplace of
the future will develop.

The
survey is on the Cubiks website and explores a range of key areas that are
central to effective performance in the new economy, both at an organisational
and individual level.

Topics
covered by the survey include the development of the HR function, shifts in
working patterns and the design of flexible remuneration packages.
