Workforce HR Manager
Companion Care, which established and operates joint venture veterinary
practices around the UK, is going live with Workforce HR Manager software from
Intellect. The year-long implementation sees the system rolled out to 31
practices nationwide. Surgeries have access to six core screens, designed to
provide the veterinary partner with access to staff contact details, holidays,
absence, appraisals and employment history. Implementation of Workforce Online
will now follow, giving employees access to self-service HR functions.
4th Contact benefit system
LogicaCMG of South Africa is implementing 4th Contact’s online benefits
system after seeing the system in use by colleagues in the UK organisation’s
Birmingham office. The system is initially being used to track holidays for its
100 plus workforce, but plans to build the rest of the benefits including
pension and medical aid in the next few months. "It now provides
continuity across two divisions of the company," says Paul Watson, managing
director of 4th Contact.
