Larraine Boorman has been appointed managing director of private investment training company WIN.
Prior to this, from 2003 Larraine was managing director of Sencia Group Ltd , which she successfully built to be a major organisation at the forefront of the ‘Welfare to Work’ educational and training sectors, with 320 staff operating 65 government contracts across 32 sites nationwide.
Larraine developed her career in the training sector at the Construction Industry Training Board between 1987 and 1997, at JHP Group until 1999 and later at Fern Training and Development. Having joined in 2000 as commercial director and deputy managing director, she was promoted to chief executive in 2001.
