UK employees are proud of the services and products they provide but are
often unimpressed with their organisations, according to research by Aon
Consulting and Personnel Today.
Sixty-two per cent of staff would recommend their organisation’s products
and services, claims the UK@Work 2001 report but only 41 per cent would say
their organisation is one of the best places to work.
The report also shows that while two-thirds of respondents were not actively
seeking other employment, many would leave for a slight pay increase.
Aon Consulting conducted more than 1,500 telephone interviews for the
research.
