Wright Solutions, the Midlands’ leading training and HR recruitment specialists, have joined The Learning and Skills Council, The Skills for Business Network and other leading organisations to support this year’s National Learning at Work Day.

Organised by the Campaign for Learning as part of Adult Learners Week, National Learning at Work Day will take place on 22nd May with the aim of raising awareness of the need for training in the workplace.

As an official supporter of the day, Wright Solutions are offering organisations exclusive discounts on two ground-breaking coaching workshops.

The hugely successful “Introducing a High Performance Coaching Culture” has already been held in Birmingham earlier this year and will again take place on 21st May and 9th June.

The workshop will be facilitated by Paul Turner, a leading authority on business coaching and former Head of People at the West Bromwich Building Society.

Wright Solutions are also running a “Coaching Skills Workshop” in Birmingham on 22nd and 23rd May.

Jon Terry, Operations Director at Wright Solutions explained “we are proud to be supporting National Learning at Work Day.

For many organisations, competition from within the UK and from overseas is intensifying.
